Most days, you feel numb — like you’re just existing instead of living. The guilt for feeling this way only makes it worse. You love your family deeply, but you feel far away from them… and from yourself.
You’ve caught yourself thinking, if I just didn’t wake up tomorrow, maybe that wouldn’t be so bad.
You’ve tried to shake it off — to be grateful, to get busy, to make it better. But nothing sticks. You just want the noise in your head to quiet down. You want to feel like you again — or maybe figure out who that even is now.
Here, you don’t have to hold it all together. You can let it out. You can sit in silence. You can just be.

When we work together, I won’t rush you or tell you what to feel. We start by making sense of the thoughts that have been weighing you down, then we build the skills to help you steady yourself when emotions feel too big or too numb. Over time, we’ll practice slowing down, reconnecting, and creating moments of real presence again.
I’ll sit with you in the hard stuff.
I’ll listen. I’ll hold space.
And I’ll help you uncover the strength that’s already inside you, the part of you that still wants hope, even when everything feels broken.

In our sessions, you don’t have to filter anything. We slow down, breathe, and start tapping into what’s been buried — the emotions you’ve had to hold in for too long.

My role is to meet you right where you are — no expectations, no timeline — and walk beside you as you begin to reconnect with yourself. Together, we’ll make space for everything you’ve been carrying, and through mindful self-compassion, start to soften the edges of the pain.
You won’t have to pretend here. You get to be fully human — and we’ll move at your pace, one small, steady step at a time.
